Sandra Dal Poggetto

Artist and author, Sandra Dal Poggetto, uses in her artwork feathers and pelts of animals she hunts in the forests and high plains of Montana. Her distinctive abstract work offers a spare yet evocative reinterpretation of the Western American landscape.

For Sandra I designed a website that gives viewers an unusually intimate virtual look at her artwork. The website expands and contracts with the size of the browser window, and the enlargement feature allows for very close examination of surfaces and textures. Navigation and typography are clear and bold, and the landing page artwork is refreshed twice per year.
